Once again we have experience a fall flurry of sales and
we currently (October) have only 1 spec home remaining for
sale. But, don't worry, we are completing the designs on our
next round of spec homes and the first ones will be available
in late spring. These will include 3-4 homes from Whitcraft
Construction with a mix of 1 and 2 story homes on various
sized lots.
We have also been busy with the construction of several custom
homes. The first of these will be completed in November and
several more will be complete throughout the winter.
We have been receiving great feedback on our new home plans
and by January 2005 we will be sold out of 50% of our home
sites.
Our apologies that these updates have been less frequent
than in the past, but now that we are well into the development
of the neighborhood it gets harder to find the time to make
updates. As we write this we have 8 houses under construction
and 7 of them are already sold! |
