June has been an active month. We welcomed our first residents the the neighborhood in Mid-June and we are completing planning for our next set of spec homes. Construction will soon begin on several custom homes, as well as spec homes by Whitcraft Construction, Loren Spies Construction, and Milcon Construction. These homes will range in size from 1,800 to 2,200 sq. ft. and will be ready for occupancy in Jan and Feb.
