We are over currently over 65% sold out! Please check our Quick Status page for a list of available homes and home sites. There are only a few remaining home sites available for single story homes. We currently have several spec homes under construction and you can get information on these homes from our Quick Status page. There has been a strong demand for custom homes and all of our spec homes are selling just as fast as we can build them. Currently (September) we have 3 spec homes that have just started construction and that is our only current inventory. We are planning on starting 2-3 additional spec homes in the late fall as well.
